Position Summary:
Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated full-time Automotive Parts Sales Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete parts sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the parts manager to identify and procure parts that are currently unavailable.
- Process special order requests for parts efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their parts orders.
- Engage with both customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Organize the parts department and inventory to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Ford parts counter role.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor and work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
