Job Overview:

  • Supervise the Student Accounts Office
  • Prepare reports for the Board of Regents
  • Manage accounts for students, faculty, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate student accounts and provide assistance with inquiries
  • Oversee the student refund process and third-party billing
  • Generate invoices for student accounts and reconcile accounts receivable
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and accounting standards
  • Process 1098t forms for students
  • Execute additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience: 5 to 8 years in Accounting, with at least 2 years utilizing relevant software

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
