**Job Description:**

* Work in a 24-bed Progressive Care/Stepdown/Telemetry unit.
* Typical staffing ratios are 1:3 or 1:4.
* Provide care in a comprehensive stroke center and Level II Trauma facility.
* Deliver care to patients with chest pain, PCI, and those undergoing open-heart surgery.
* Adapt to a dynamic and diverse patient population.
* Ensure compliance with facility-specific travel rules (e.g., living 100+ miles from the facility).

* Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
