Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg Telemetry

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Med Surg Telemetry to join their team in Burien, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting. As a Travel Nurse RN Med Surg Telemetry, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring telemetry monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • NIHSS certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
