Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree necessary
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided on-site

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of relevant experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers warmly and professionally
  • Utilize respectful communication to assist guests with inquiries, issues, and concerns
  • Communicate customer feedback and/or information to the shift lead or Operations Manager as needed
  • Respond promptly to provide outstanding customer service
  • Adhere to all company protocols and comply with safety regulations
  • Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets
  • Match visitor tickets to the parking rate schedule; collect appropriate payments from visitors and provide correct change
  • Complete lost ticket documentation when original tickets are untraceable
  • Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately track all funds within the cashier drawer
  • Conduct revenue drops according to specific location procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Answer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner, when necessary
  • Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety issues to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • Maintain professional communication at all times with guests, clients, and colleagues
  • Assist valet drivers with parking or retrieving vehicles as required.
This position is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.
