Framing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Framing Specialist to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while creating memorable framing solutions for our customers.

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their framing needs and preferences
• Provide expert advice and guidance on framing options and solutions
• Execute framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter
• Retail experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to move throughout the store and lift heavy boxes and frames
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
