We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. You will be the host of the space, building relationships with guests and colleagues alike, and taking ownership of guest service more broadly.

• Develop and implement creative beverage menus and promotions that meet the evolving needs of our guests.
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.
• Build relationships with colleagues across the hotel and in the community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business results.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the bar area.
