Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
  • Assist residents with life skills and activities, ensuring their needs are met and their preferences are respected
  • Implement care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines
  • Collaborate with the wellness team to address residents' needs and concerns
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Parkland Village
