Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and unscheduled maintenance on A320 family aircraft

Qualifications:

- Current Airframe and Powerplant Certification
- Completion of a minimum 40-hour A320 Familiarization course
- Valid Passport required
- Compliance with recent experience standards as per regulations
- Flexibility to work any shift
- Physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform various physical tasks
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and follow maintenance instructions
- Eligibility for airport security clearance
- Willingness to travel for maintenance assignments
- Strong communication skills in English
- Clean driving record is essential
Work Environment:
Employees may encounter fumes, airborne particles, and mechanical vibrations. Work sites may also present extreme weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
This role requires regular communication, standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision.
Travel Requirements:
Position entails up to 20% travel, including weekends and holidays, with overnight travel as necessary.
