We are a community-based organization dedicated to providing short-term Intensive In-Community (IIC) counseling services to support youth and their families in developing positive, effective, strength-based, personalized skills for a healthy and productive life.
Job OpportunityWe are seeking 1-2 Part-Time fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) with the potential for Full-Time opportunities in the future. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality counseling services to clients in a community-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Active NJ licensure in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (Required)
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Required)
- 1 year of minimum experience working in the mental health field (Preferred)
- Competitive compensation: starting at $65 per clinical hour

- Administrative support: we handle all billing, scheduling, client assignments, and other administrative tasks
