Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Physician Empire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, from acute illnesses to chronic diseases
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
Work-Life Balance:
  • Flexible scheduling options, including 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks
  • No weekend shifts or on-call responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary up to $275,000 per year
  • Additional production bonuses available
  • Sign-on bonus of $25,000
  • Loan repayment assistance
Requirements:
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty
  • Current licensure in the state of Missouri
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
