Midstream Oil

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team at Workrise - Midstream Oil & Gas.

This is a full-time position based in Deer Park, Texas (onsite). As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for midstream oil and gas projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop estimate plans, and lead the estimate development process.

• Develop detailed estimate plans that outline methodology, cost basis, quantity basis, assumptions, market input, and reporting.
• Lead the estimate development process, working closely with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.
• Collaborate with the project team to review and validate estimates, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
• Utilize Cleopatra tool to enhance database and benchmarking capabilities.
• Perform quantity surveying tasks, including field activities, material installation, and preparation of measured works.
• Maintain accurate schedules of submissions and responses for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
• Analyze invoices and reports from contractors and subcontractors, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Participate in reviews of claims and support Contract Manager and Project Manager in negotiation preparation.

• Proven experience in estimate development, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Cleopatra tool and other relevant software.
