**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Phlebotomy Technician Instructor to join our team at IEC CORP GROUP. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instructional programs that equip students with the technical and soft skills needed to succeed in their careers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs that meet the needs of our students
  • Support students in achieving their educational goals and career aspirations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to student progress and program evaluation

**Requirements:**

  • State CPT license
  • National certification within 6 months of employment
  • Thirty-six months experience as a licensed phlebotomist within the past 5 years
