Job Title: Registered Nurse - Corrections

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a correctional facility in Robinson, IL.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate records of patient conditions and reactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general nursing care to patients, including taking vital signs and observing patient conditions.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations.
  • Record significant conditions and reactions, and notify supervisors or physicians as necessary.
  • May make beds, bathe, and feed patients, as well as serve as a leader for groups of personnel rendering nursing care.
Requirements:
  • A valid and current RN license issued by the state of IL.
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
  • Proficiency in the English language for effective communication with staff and patients.
What We Offer:

We offer a 13-week registry role with competitive pay rates of $64-$71.44 per hour. To qualify for the highest rate, you must live a minimum of 50 miles from the facility.
