Job Summary

El Camino Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with other professionals to promote optimal imaging procedures and provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
  • Apply principles of patient care to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate imaging services.
  • Work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and call coverage, with occasional rotation to other campuses or locations within a 15-mile radius.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (ARRT(R)).
  • Current California CRT Certificate.
  • Current California Fluoroscopy Certificate.
  • Current BLS Certificate.
Working Conditions

This is a medium work position that requires standing for most of the shift, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently. Work involves sitting, kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
