This position offers an excellent entry-level opportunity to assist in the daily execution and management of fundamental marketing and promotional activities within our organization. As a Retail Promotions Coordinator, you will work diligently while gaining invaluable insights into the marketing landscape and experiencing the rewards and challenges of being part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of retail sales and marketing plans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at events alongside the promotional marketing team
  • Facilitate client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through sales efforts at events
  • Engage in comprehensive leadership training with opportunities to manage individual events and projects for new clients
  • Assist in ensuring client compliance
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned

Please note, this is a full-time role that necessitates on-site work at designated retail venues. Following the training period, we provide a base salary with the potential to earn extra commissions based on individual performance. Our entry-level associates typically earn between $800 and $1600 weekly.
