- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals that cater to our clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Household Chores: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Errands and Transportation: Assist with grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and providing transportation to appointments as needed.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in our clients' physical or mental health to family members or healthcare providers.
- Safety Supervision: Ensure a safe living environment by addressing potential hazards and monitoring for any signs of distress or emergencies.
- Assistance with Daily Activities: Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, feeding, and managing incontinence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including notes on our clients' condition and any changes observed.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 40 pounds and assisting clients with various mobility needs.
- Home Care Aide or CNA/NAC certification, or willingness to obtain certification through our company's training program.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to ensure timely and safe transportation to appointments and errands.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
- Ability to pass a criminal background and driving record check with no felonies.
