Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, including monthly and yearly forecasts.
  • Product Sales and Marketing: Sell finance and insurance products to customers, including extended warranties and aftermarket items.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with finance sources, factory representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the submission of paperwork to finance sources, obtain approval, and ensure accurate title, lien information, taxes, and other documentation.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training for sales personnel and facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Log sales income, verify insurance with customers' agents, obtain deposits, and verify trade payoffs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures, and report any accidents to a manager or supervisor.
