Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Filling: Accurately and efficiently process prescriptions, complete clinical interventions, and review progress to goals.
  • Patient Counseling: Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers, including provision of all clinical activities.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, scheduling, and proper operation of all equipment to meet budget goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Reinforce quality assurance programs by complying with accuracy and safety procedures, identifying or correcting unsafe conditions.
  • Record Keeping: Establish and maintain all record keeping practices necessary for legal compliance, Kroger policies, accounting policies, and other requested reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Licensure: Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Math Skills: Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
  • Stress Management: Ability to handle stressful situations.
