Hotel Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Mixologist to join our team at McKibbon Hospitality. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Develop a deep understanding of our guests' preferences and tailor your service to meet their needs.
• Work collaboratively with our food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and a memorable experience for our guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Anticipate and respond to the needs of our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.

• 1-2 years of experience as a bartender or in a related role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of state and local guidelines regarding the service of alcohol.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol service training recommended.
• Ability to lift trays of beverages or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis.
