About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Supervise and train RBTs to ensure they are providing high-quality services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
