Manufacturing Trainee Position Overview

Mayday Manufacturing, a global leader in Aerospace machining and metal finishing, is seeking a skilled Deburr I operator to join our team. As a Deburr I operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating speed lathe and vibro-mill machines to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be essential in ensuring quality requirements are met while meeting productivity targets.

Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate speed lathe and vibro-mill machines to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces
* Remove sharp edges, corners, buff, hone, or polish metal parts according to internal and external quality requirements
* Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

* No experience necessary, training provided
* Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
* Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
