About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Hood, CPA & Associates.

The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with the Accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process accounts payable and receivable
  2. Manage invoices and tax payments
  3. Conduct account reconciliations
  4. Analyze and summarize financial data

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
