Job Description

We are seeking Summer Nurse Interns to join our team at Ebenezer TCU in Lake City, Minnesota. As a nurse intern, you will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of RN mentors, developing your technical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills with sub-acute and/or long term care patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient assessment and interventions
  • Care planning and management
  • Maintenance medications under direct supervision of RN (if location/policy allows)
  • Working with various healthcare professionals in patient care settings
Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited ADN or BSN/BAN RN nursing program, graduating Dec 2025 or Summer/Sept 2026. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required, and previous experience working in a patient/resident support role is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
