The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Psychologist to join our team of passionate professionals. As a key member of our clinical team, you will conduct comprehensive autism evaluations for children using our suite of clinical tools. Your expertise will inform individualized treatment plans within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver thorough diagnostic evaluations for children suspected of ASD and other related conditions using our clinical tools.
  • Develop detailed psychological reports outlining diagnoses, recommendations for treatment, and potential eligibility for services.
  • Collaborate with families, ABA therapists, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in autism assessment and intervention, including PSYPACT regulations in relevant states.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology with a specialization in Pediatric or Child Psychology.
  • Licensed Psychologist in good standing in at least one of the states we operate in (New Mexico and/or Colorado).
  • Active member of PSYPACT (Psychologists Interjurisdictional Compact) allowing for telehealth evaluations across state lines.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience conducting comprehensive autism evaluations in children.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based assessment practices for ASD and related conditions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex diagnostic findings to families and professionals.

Salary Range:
$120,000-$180,000 per year
