About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled nurses and contribute to the development of innovative care models. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines, improve patient outcomes, and advance the profession of nursing.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including delegation, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines
- Assist with budget planning and resource allocation to support clinical operations
- Participate in education and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- 5 years of related experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (optional)
