Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with system users to convert their needs into comprehensive systems, hardware, and software specifications and designs.
  • Contribute to the formulation of testing strategies.
  • Address engineering challenges or oversee the resolution of engineering issues within the assigned functional area.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related Engineering or Technical field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent test engineering experience within the last 7 years is required.
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Secret clearance is necessary.
  • Capability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance is essential.
Physical Requirements:

The individual in this role must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time. Occasional movement within the office is necessary to access files, office equipment, or to engage with colleagues, management, and clients through various communication methods, which may include delivering presentations.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. Various factors may influence the final salary or hourly rate, including Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies pertinent to the specified role, geographic location (for remote opportunities), education, and certifications, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Additionally, ManTech offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short and Long-Term Disability, Retirement and Savings plans, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs, and other optional benefits.
