**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Manager in all aspects of property management. This role involves significant on-site administrative duties, leasing apartments, and maintaining excellent resident relations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Create a welcoming environment for residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • **Assist in Training and Supervision**: Support the on-site team in their roles, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • **Lead Property Tours and Leasing**: Showcase vacant units and market property amenities to prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process.
  • **Manage Resident Records and Rent Collections**: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely rent collections, deposits, and renewals.
  • **Conduct Inspections and Develop Promotional Programs**: Regularly inspect models, vacant apartments, community grounds, and move-ins/move-outs, and develop and implement promotional programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • **Ensure Compliance and Maintain Office Hours**: Ensure compliance with all housing laws and company policies, and maintain regular office hours to ensure adequate coverage.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Minimum of Two Years of Property Management Experience**
  • **Demonstrated Experience Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**
  • **Strong Organizational and Communication Skills**
  • **Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience with CRM/Yardi Preferred**
  • **High School Diploma Required; BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Related Field Preferred**
  • **Real Estate License Preferred**
