We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alltown Fresh. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the food service team to ensure efficient execution of all fresh food and beverage programs.
- Ensure great shopping experiences for all customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of products and supplies, ensuring routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
- Assist in the training of the food service team, conducting hands-on training to ensure associate proficiency.
- Ensure execution of safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with the corporate Food Service team to establish and execute on action plans and initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Leadership experience required, with experience in a food service environment preferred.
- Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Ability to work hours per week.
- Experience selecting, training, performance management of staff, sales building, scheduling, and managing expenses.
- Serve Safe Certification.
