POSITION SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION ANALYST

The Compensation Analyst is tasked with executing all facets of the daily payroll operations for their clients within the Payroll Division. This role involves the implementation and upkeep of payroll systems, procedures, and policies for the organization, while also fostering and maintaining a professional relationship with clients.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for the COMPENSATION ANALYST

The core responsibilities for the Compensation Analyst encompass, but are not limited to the following:

  • The Compensation Analyst will manage daily payroll tasks, including but not limited to data entry, payroll processing, and generating relevant reports.
  • Assisting colleagues with onboarding new clients into payroll systems.
  • Ensuring a high level of client retention through exceptional service.
  • Collaborating with partners regarding payroll-related inquiries and challenges.
  • Building and sustaining a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and team members to enhance the quality of service.
  • Executing additional responsibilities as assigned.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES) for the COMPENSATION ANALYST

Ideal candidates for the Compensation Analyst position will possess:

  • A solid understanding of payroll systems.
  • A professional and approachable demeanor for regular interactions with clients.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
