Job Title: Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Operating Room Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a 13-week contract position with 36 hours per week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure accurate and timely care delivery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Monitor and report patient condition, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Current state nursing license.
  • Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
  • Degree from an accredited school.
  • Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
