About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our client's team for a 13-week assignment in Fresno, CA. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing radiation therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiation equipment to administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients.
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines set by radiation oncologists.
  • Position patients and operate equipment safely to ensure accurate treatment.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment sessions to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Requires RRT certification and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Benefits

This temporary position offers valuable experience in radiation oncology and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. The local tech rate is $76 per hour, while the traveler rate is $2,884 weekly, including $483 for meals and $868 for lodging.
