Job Title: Occupational TherapistJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Professional Therapy Service. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform client-centered evaluations and establish an Occupational Therapy treatment plan.
  • Provide evidenced-based Occupational Therapy treatment.
  • Case management functions: evaluate effectiveness, revise the plan, and discharge from services.
Requirements:
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of Illinois under the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
  • Member or eligible for membership in the AOTA preferred.
  • General knowledge and skill enabling the evaluation and treatment of a wide variety of clients/patients such as neonates, pediatrics, young adults, adults and/or geriatrics.
  • Current certification in CPR and other service line specific competencies.
