Key Responsibilities:
- Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7 am - 7 pm (Rotating weekends)
- Night Shift: 7 pm - 7 am (Rotating weekends)
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality
- Conduct nursing assessments and facilitate patient care
- Deliver evidence-based care with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience is required. While acute care experience is preferred, candidates with LTAC experience will also be considered.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or be eligible for licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
