Job OverviewGD Resources LLC is a Veteran Women-Owned Business Management and Information Technology company committed to excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled QA Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, interview, and write SOPs, test, edit, and finalize them.
  • Work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision, taking initiative and charge when needed.
  • Communicate complex processes to the organization, ensuring understanding and adoption.
  • Assist in establishing processes for internal controls, document them, and communicate them to the team.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency, working with teams to determine As-Is and To-Be processes.
  • Be in the office 3 days a week and live within 60 miles of Essex, MD.
