What We Expect from You:

Qualifications in Education, Experience, and Training:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) is preferred.
  • Child Development Associate Credential Level 3 or higher.
  • CPR, First Aid, and Communicable Disease training are mandatory.
  • Must comply with all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies regulations regarding education, experience, immunizations, health screenings, and safety training.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary if driving is part of the role.
