Your role will involve providing clinical leadership to ensure that all patients receive exceptional and efficient care within your unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within your unit.
- Educate patients and their families on medication and treatment protocols.
- Maintain and review patient records, including test results and examinations.
- Administer medications as per physician directives.
- Provide leadership to your nursing team during your assigned shifts.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If holding a compact license, an active FL RN license is required within 60 days of hire.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required within 6 months of hire/transfer in specified units.
- CPI training required within 3 months of hire/transfer for Behavioral Health.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, excellent service orientation, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in reading and comprehending written instructions and following verbal directives.
- Computer skills are essential.
