Host/Hostess

At HomeGrown, we're looking for a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your role will be to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and seating them in a timely and efficient manner
• Managing the waitlist and ensuring that guests are notified when their table is ready
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest inquiries
• Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the host stand and surrounding area

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
