We are currently seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our Sales Team. This is a full-time role focused on merchandising in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow a designated route using your personal vehicle.
  • Construct product displays and manage restocking at retail locations.
  • Ensure adherence to product rotation and code policies.
  • Organize shelves, end caps, and coolers to maintain optimal product placement.
  • Utilize pallet-jack equipment (training provided if necessary).
  • Foster positive relationships with store management and staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic and self-driven individual with a strong desire to excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent walking and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to lift and carry cases from floor to overhead levels regularly.
  • Push and pull carts loaded with up to 165 pounds on various surfaces.
  • Frequent squatting, kneeling, and bending while handling products.
