About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other nursing interventions as needed.
  • Document patient progress, including vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Current valid license to practice as an LVN in the state of Texas.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home care setting.
