Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster by Kleidosty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers' buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows, and dust surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Contribute to the overall team effort, including being in uniform, dependable, and on time. Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
