About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control Administrator to join our team at ManpowerGroup, a leading global workforce solutions company. As a Document Control Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance and archiving of Technical Product Documentation (TPD), product compliance data/documents, and project documentation in our BT-CO Document Management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill requests for the maintenance and archiving of TPD, product compliance data/documents, and project documentation in the BT-CO Document Management systems.
  • Update Engineering-relevant databases for regulatory compliance tracking and review of legacy, paper documents.
  • Support BT-CO Document Management system data/documentation investigations and cleansing requests from various groups.
  • Fulfill requests for the maintenance and archiving of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in support of maintaining BT-CO's ISO 9001/AS 9100 certifications.
  • Facilitate document change control workflows and create/publish approved changes in the BT-CO Document Management systems.
Requirements
  • Technical training beyond high school or equivalent industry experience in support of an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience directly involved in Engineering document creation and data maintenance in an ERP/MRP/PDM software environment, supporting an engineering community.
  • In-depth knowledge of Engineering documentation and change management processes, preferably in an ISO-regulated environment.
  • Navigation and functional knowledge of a major ERP/MRP/PDM system.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures, work instructions, and Engineering documentation.
