Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Acquisition Analyst to join our team at Orbis Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing FMS cases, tracking financial and material deliverables, and analyzing action items from meetings and emails.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can assess issues and develop resolutions to meet project goals. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage FMS case oversight support, including action tracking, financial tracking, and material deliverables tracking.
  • Analyze and manage incoming and outgoing action items assigned from meetings, telecons, or emails.
  • Develop resolutions to meet project/program goals and objectives, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) management.
  • Participate in meetings and interact regularly with internal clients to support FMS program requirements.
  • Draft, review, and route formal memos responding to actions, providing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs, or releasing technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Knowledge of DSCA SCIP, NEPS, MISIL, and FMS Cases is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Support travel CONUS and OCONUS as needed.
  • Secret Clearance.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
