**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Load and offload luggage and cargo, transporting to various airport locations, while maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.
  • Prepare weight and balance forms and ensure load integrity by inputting accurate commodity codes and weights into a data entry system, adhering to strict regulations and guidelines.
  • Operate and/or drive multiple types of equipment, such as belt loaders, tugs, air start units, bag carts, lavatory carts, and deice trucks, in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless airport operations, including baggage handling, cargo management, and aircraft ground handling.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as airport operations, logistics, or transportation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
