This role involves a variety of responsibilities and operates under general supervision, typically reporting to a designated supervisor or manager.

  • Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Completion of a Basic EKG course is required (or to be completed within one year of employment in the department).
  • Completion of a vocational nursing assistant program is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and write at an eighth-grade English level is essential.
  • Previous experience in EKG or cardiac monitoring is preferred.
