Job Title: Concrete Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team at Northeast Asphalt, Inc. in Southeast WI.

About the Job

As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of road and related structure construction, including concrete demolition, repair, and maintenance. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Perform physical labor tasks, including concrete demolition, repair, and maintenance
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as concrete vibrators and jack hammers
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
  • Collaborate with the Foreman and other management to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Class A CDL strongly desired
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
  • Member of a Local Laborer Union or willingness to become a union member
