Job Summary: Thermal Structures, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading project development and qualification efforts, supervising new project feasibility studies, and providing clear work instructions to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth feasibility studies on potential structural composites manufacturing projects to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Supervise the development of new projects, ensuring they meet company standards and customer requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead qualification efforts, negotiate test requirements, and manage material recertification processes.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive work instructions to facilitate effective communication and minimize errors.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
* Proficient in industry-standard software, including CAD platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively represent the engineering department in internal meetings and external customer interactions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
