Roofing Inspector/Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Inspector/Service Technician to contribute to our team's success. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for conducting thorough roof inspections and performing service work on multifamily and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive roof inspections to identify leaks and common roof deficiencies
  • Perform repairs and maintenance as needed, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction
  • Set up and climb ladders safely, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Operate manlifts (preferred), enhancing efficiency and productivity
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Travel throughout the United States (75% of the time), with opportunities for professional growth and development
Requirements:
  • 5 years of field experience in roofing/siding, with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials
  • Ability to identify leaks and common roof deficiencies, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
  • Valid Driver's License, ensuring safe and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with smartphone operation, enhancing communication and documentation
  • Experience with roofing software (CenterPoint or FCS a plus), streamlining workflows and improving efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in maintenance, general repair, and construction, with a strong foundation in roofing principles and practices
  • Personable and fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently at times, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
