Bilingual Therapist

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Therapist to join our team at Bilingual Therapy NJ, LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary therapeutic team, you will provide psychotherapy to youth and families in their homes and communities, utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate crisis stabilization and promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions in a home and community-based setting, using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document all interactions and interventions in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure in the State of New Jersey (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Professional malpractice insurance and ability to pass a criminal history background check.

Compensation:

• IIC: $75 to $95 per hour.
• BA: $40 to $50 per hour.
• Mentor: $22 per hour.
