Position Overview
Angels of Hope Home Care Agency LLC is in search of dedicated and empathetic caregivers to provide essential support to our clients. We specialize in delivering a range of non-medical services that empower seniors to live comfortably in their own homes while addressing their unique aging needs with dignity and compassion.

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to fulfill a vital role in our organization. In this capacity, you will assist clients with their daily living requirements, deliver compassionate care, and enhance their overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of empathy, reliability, and a commitment to advocating for the well-being of their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living tasks
  • Assist with personal hygiene and dressing needs
  • Facilitate mobility and walking assistance
  • Provide supplementary patient care
  • Monitor dietary intake
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Engage in companionship and conversation
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offer medication reminders and assist with appointments
  • Help with grooming and bathing
  • Assist with toileting and incontinence care
  • Provide care for clients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia
  • Transportation assistance as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (if transportation is required)
  • Maintain current auto insurance (if transportation is needed)
  • Have a reliable vehicle for personal use
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current negative TB test results
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work independently
  • Exhibit compassion, respect, and ethical behavior
